1. The website is an enquiry channel
Filling the form and sending a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. No contract is formed until Karim confirms the ride on WhatsApp and you accept the quote.
2. Prices
This website does not publish prices and does not take payment. The quote, inclusions, and payment method are agreed on WhatsApp.
3. Drivers and languages
Rides may be carried out by Karim or another experienced driver in the team. We speak Arabic, English, French, and German. Language matching is best effort: ask in the ticket; we confirm what we can cover.
4. Changes and cancellation
Change or cancel on the same WhatsApp thread. Conditions for a specific trip (for example airport waiting time) are stated in the quote.
5. Your responsibility
Give accurate pick-up details, passenger count, luggage, and flight or train numbers. You are responsible for valid travel documents.
6. Liability
We carry out transfers with professional care. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, border controls, or events outside our control. Mandatory Swiss liability rules for passenger transport remain unaffected.
7. Law and venue
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
