1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
If you send a booking enquiry, the form collects: lead passenger name, phone number, pick-up date and time, number of passengers, vehicle preference, pick-up and drop-off details, optional notes, and preferred driver language. We do not collect payment card data on this website.
3. Why we use it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan the vehicle and driver (including language), and carry out the transfer if you book.
4. WhatsApp / Meta
When you tap “Send on WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with the ticket text. The message is delivered through WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms. Meta may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that channel. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, call +41 78 875 96 95 or email info@swissalplucerne.com.
5. Meta Pixel
This website loads Meta’s Facebook pixel on each page to measure visits and booking enquiries, and to help run Meta adverts. The pixel may set a cookie and send technical data (for example page URL and browser type) to Meta Platforms. Meta may process that data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. This is separate from the WhatsApp handoff described above. Meta’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.
6. Who else sees it
Karim and the drivers in the Swiss Alp Lucerne team who need the details to operate the ride. We do not sell your data.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry and trip details are kept as long as needed to complete the ride and handle follow-up questions, then deleted or anonymised unless Swiss bookkeeping or legal rules require a longer period.
8. Your rights
Under the FADP you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, or at info@swissalplucerne.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
9. Hosting
This website is hosted with Hostinger. Server logs (for example IP address and browser type) may be processed by the host for security and delivery of the site.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
